Deferring an offer (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone!

I have a few questions about deferment:
1. Are we allowed to defer an offer while being enrolled in another course?
2. When we defer an offer, does a vacancy for 2016 open up? I don't want to take up a space this year in case I withdraw my offer later on

2: in general no. Unis do not micro manage offer numbers to that extent. They usually have an understanding of how many students will defer or not accept an offer based on historical data, and usually make more offers than the number of seats available in a class, to end up with the desired numbers.
