Here are several definitions i need someone to explain to me. The only book they are in is the Tim Riley Economics book - or at least the only book i've come across with these terms!

> Equity Investment
> Valuation Effect
> Credit Rating

Please help, i'm not so smart at this

Equity Financing:

i think it involves selling assets in order to pay off debts

Debt Financing

I think it is the same as debt servicing which is simply the interest payments that have to be made to pay off the debt.

Equity Investment:

Investing in assets

I think the Valuation effect might having something to do with inflation and deflation but not sure.
