ive been going through heaps of threads, and this is a summary of the betetr deffinitions/idea/statements

· Imaginary journeys take us from the reality now and transfer us into unreal existences and/or different worlds, worlds and existences that can only ever exist in our minds."
· the capacity to conjecture, to dream and to transcend actual existence
· The imaginative journey plunges a responder into a world in which one is encouraged to suspend his/her disbelief and accompany the composer on an expedition where the mind, body and spirit can be inspired and motivated towards a greater understanding.
· Imaginative journeys are exciting and potentially dangerous. They take you to exotic and mysterious places where, if you are perceptive, you can grow in maturity and wisdom.
· Imaginative journeys take us into worlds of inspiration, speculation and imagination
· Imaginative journeys broaden the mind to allow the understanding of the world
· Imaginative journeys allow responders to expand the limitations of the mind, providing an intricate insight for their adult life
· The imagination does not have restrictions. It can do whatever it wants; it can travel wherever it wants and on an imaginative journey, it can become whatever it wants. Imagining is becoming. imagining is becoming limitless
· Imaginative journeys foster change and growth within the audience
· Imaginative journeys are created in the mind. They are fictitious manifestations, with fantastical qualities that could only occur in the realm of our mind.
· Through the imaginative journey self discovery eventuates and perspectives are changed. It can take the reader to new worlds, and allow readers escapism from reality.
· Imaginative journeys can be taken through the imagination or psyche of an individual as they explore, reflect and fuse together the seemingly intangible with reality. Imaginative journeys may draw on previous experiences and understandings but move beyond these limited perceptions into more speculative or fantastical realms
