i) Vo
ii)D


please help with an explanation ????

(i) S = Vo – Dn
Vo – Dn = S
Vo = S + Dn

(ii) S = Vo – Dn
S + Dn = Vo
Dn = Vo – S
D = [Vo – S]/n

(iii) Just in case you need the other possibility ...
S = Vo – Dn
S + Dn = Vo
Dn = Vo – S
n = [Vo – S]/D
