Design Software for Industrial Design at UTS (2 Viewers)

Hey my dad said he could get me that Adobe Creative Suite 4 software package thing for xmas cause i might need it in the future or whatever.

It includes:
Indesign
Photoshop
Illustrator
Flash
Dreamweaver
Fireworks
Acrobat 9
and some extra weird things

Would this be helpful for the Industrial Design course at UTS?

Those programs sound more suited for visual communications than industrial design to me

ID people would only need photoshop, illustrator and 3D softwares like MAYA, CAD.
