number of honour mentions means nothing

it leaves small schools, who may get 100% of their students with no hope, and big schools who get 10% of students over 90 with the top places

That's just it ..

The tele's table is far more realistic (for ONCE) because it's as a percentage of students.

exactly. so i will be buying the tele for the percentage schools table, and the herald as they set out the names better (for over 90, they did last year)
