can aonyone pls tell me the difference between a challenge and a barrier for moving ino the new world, Educating rita?

I thought barrier was the same thing as a challenge?
For example, i thought a challenge is something that you face....????
Any ideas?

I see them as basically the same thing, too. If it asks for challenges, you could always say something like "Challenges create barriers." Just a thought...
