I was a bit fuzzy on the different between the two pieces of legislation?? I keep seeing questions where they ask which legislation is relevant to a certain situation but I can't really understand why one is chosen over the other since they are so similar. For example:
answer is d
answer is d (but teacher also included c as an answer??)
answer is danswer is d (but teacher also included c as an answer??)
