DL error in SDD resources (1 Viewer)

hey guys i noticed while trying to get resources a download error on one of them, now it uses i think an ascii character and ive tried guessing the end file name but no luck, anyone got the original?

is what it tried to come up as, i assumed it was his last name .zip but no luck there it appears to be ascii i think (firefox doesnt pick it up and gives me a ? in a black box)

still a 404 error =/ should be renamed, firefox goes spastic trying to make it into an ascii i had to try IE (shudder) and no luck
