Do we have to pay super fees or is it like bank fees which we don't have to pay

You have to pay.

Maybe the Big 4 banks might waive/discount it though?

No, i know banks waive fees.

I am talking about super i.e. Rest Super.

Depends on the fund. Each fund has rules and options. Theres no automatic exemption just because you are XYZ. Well none which I ever got lol.
