I'm doing a a business studies assignment which you need case studies for and you have to talk about strategies used by the business in order to increase performance. Would you need statistics for every point you make like in economics or can you just say what is expected to happen because for many points there aren't any stats given.
E.g.
XYZ business has adopted a more democratic leadership style in order to give workers a greater say in the decision making process of the business and improve worker morale. This has resulted in greater job satisfaction and reduced absenteeism which has lead to increased worker productivity and efficiency and allowed for the business to be more competitive and improve its performance.
or would I have to have stats, such as absenteeism reduced by 9% following the change, in order to be able to include it in the assignment??
