I don't think "fashion law" specifically but I guess intellectual property is a "pathway"is there such thing as fashion law?? is it in terms of intellectual property etc?. For big labels like dior , chanel etc what would someone have to study to work there as a lawyer
yeah , is there a specific type of law degree that would be most suitable or doesnt it matterI don't think "fashion law" specifically but I guess intellectual property is a "pathway"
Have you ever heard of a "patent attorney"?
I don't think there are any distinctions between different 'types' of law degree, at least in Australia. All law degrees (LLB or JD) must adhere to the same core academic requirements set by the various state-based Law Societies for admission into the profession. In this sense the specific degree program you enrol in doesn't particularly matter.yeah , is there a specific type of law degree that would be most suitable or doesnt it matter
