For my Legal studies class we are researching broad areas within the topic surrounding specific examples and its application to law. I was interested in knowing if anyone has any relevent information regarding "Evaluate the effectiveness of law in achieving justice for indigenous peoples". Any information would be useful, along with any sources for me to research for information.

Thanx.....:burn:

oh no, not them again...

Well, which option topics are you doing? It'd be an idea to relate it back to them. For example, I'm doing "Family", you might be too, so you may want to talk about aboriginal customary marriages or something.

Beyond that, you might be able to talk about Mabo or whateva.
