does anyone know how to change desktop icon text color? (1 Viewer)

my desktop icon text color is always white

how do i change it to suit the wallpaper better?

As far as I know Windows won't let you change that. You can change all sorts of desktop colours in (Properties->Appearance->Advanced), but not icon colour.

Perhaps if you tried some skinning programs.
