y' = 1/2(2x - 3)^-1/2 * 2 = (2x - 3)^-1/2 = 1/sqrt(2x - 3) = (2x - 3)^-1/2

y'' = -1/2(2x - 3)^-3/2 * 2 = -(2x - 3)^-3/2 = -1/sqrt(2x - 3)^3
