hey i'm trying to make a kind of 'quiet' study cd... meaning songs that are acoustic or focus mostly on vocals... one example i'm using is 'mad world'... anyway, has anyone got any more suggestions? i like nearly all music, just don't tell me to dl hilary duff and it's all good : )

My "quiet study CD" was the Edward Scissorhands soundtrack :)D), but any Danny Elfman score is nice to listen to. :)

That's one great list. I absolutely LOVE all those songs on your list, i have most of those songs and i used them when studying and they do help alot!

gregor and zannaz - do you like Hum? no one here ever seems to know who they are, including utopia and red eye, but i could find their stuff easily enough two years ago when i couldn't afford it...

u know whats nice.. the pearl harbour movie soundtrack.. i listened to it once and like all (or most) of the songs are just music.. my friend kept crying though because it kept reminding her of the movie lol

Heard of them, but haven't heard enough of their music to make a real judgement on them. What songs would you recommend?
