I want to drop it because of all the homework. I don't know if it's a lot by your standards, but compared to my other subjects, it's a lot. I'm worried about later because the amount of homework will increase right? Is that a good enough reason for wanting to drop a subject? I don't have enough time to do both economics and maths homework.

If I drop it, I'm thinking of picking up a subject at that same time so I don't have to change my other classes. I haven't asked yet what subjects are at that time. I know so far that chemistry, physics, biology, business studies and visual arts are on at that time.

I want to do physics. If not physics, I want to do biology. How much work does it take? I'm also doing chemistry so is it a bit much? I've done alright in science in the junior years. I wouldn't say I was good, but I wouldn't say I was bad either.

My main thing I am worried about is, how hard is it to do 2 sciences?

Thanks ^^ I am thinking of doing a timetable for homework, but I don't know how I should go at doing that.

I am interested, but only when the teacher is teaching. When it comes to the homework, it's really boring... I guess it's just learning from that sort textbook is not really my thing. There are no pictures or anything, only a few graphs. It takes a lot of reading.

I also think that studying for it will be too hard. I'm better at memorising formulas and stuff like maths. Is physics a lot of formulas and stuff?

I've heard from people that physics doesn't have that much homework yet. Also with science, I think it'll be more interesting. My chemistry textbook is definitely more interesting than my economics one. They have pictures and stuff instead of just pages and pages of writing.

I think I will stop doing economics but I don't know what to pick up. I've only got one more week so if I change and don't like it, I'm stuck...

I was in a situation similar to yours. I picked economics thinking it would be interesting for me but after the 1st few lessons I decided it wasn’t for me so I decided to change it to CAFS (comm. and fam studies) yeah I knw dropped a high scaling subject for a “bad” scaling one. But oh well you should drop it only if you're sure that u don’t like it, like if ur sitting in economics wishing you were somewhere else then I guess you should change it.

Anyway good luck

Yesterday, I was actually able to finish my maths exercise for the day because I wasn't doing economics homework :D I changed to physics today ^^ There's actually not that much to catch up on. The catch up is less than the homework I had (yay I can say 'had' now ^^) from economics o.0
