Hi all,
My Trial HSC results came back recently, and I failed maths as I expected (got 21%). I have failed all the other Maths assessments, and the highest score I have achieved on any Maths test thus far is 48%.
I am currently doing 12 units, comprised of the following:
English (Advanced)
English (Extension 1)
English (Extension 2)
Mathematics
Software Design and Development
Physics
Chemistry
My other subjects average at around 78% as far as Trial HSC results go.
Anyhow, my question is this:
Should I drop Maths? If I keep it, I will not study for it, so time is not an issue. As it stands, it will not count towards my UAI, due to my shocking results. However, I believe that it might be beneficial to keep the subject just so I can have 'Mathematics' on my HSC.
What are your thoughts?
