Firstly who is going to work for free. Secondly isn't it discrimination to say dyslectics need not apply?
Might be discriminatory by the letter of the law.
But wake up, people. You wouldn't want a quadraplegic working construction, would you?
Why would you want a dyslectic person in a highly analytical role?
There are some things people can't do no matter how hard they try, and they should accept that.
PS: Work for free? Haha. You'd have to be desperate.
