Hello, I go to a top ten selective school and I was wondering whether or not my Preliminary marks would guarantee early entry for UTS, USYD, WSU.

English Advanced - 85%
English Extension 1 - 85%
Business Studies - 78%
Society and Culture - 82%
Modern History - 70%
Maths Advanced - 67%
Biology - 52%

The degree I want to pursue is a Major in Communications and a Minor in Business/Commerce, although my decision is not set in stone.
That would depend on the early entry scheme through which you are applying. It is important to note that, unlike UTS and WSU, USyd does not have early entry schemes, except the Early Offer Year 12 (E12) Scheme (which I will link below), but that does not consider your Preliminary marks. There also appears to be some sort of ambiguity regarding your study intentions beyond year 12. You mentioned that you want to pursue a major in communications in addition to a minor in business/commerce. However, you have not stated the name of the actual degree that you intend to study. Academic requirements in terms of your Preliminary results may differ depending on the degree that you are applying for, which is why it would beneficial to provide this information (if possible).

Here is a link to USyd's Early Offer Year 12 (E12) Scheme for more information about this particular early entry scheme:

I hope this helps! :D

Usyd doesnt do early entry except for E12 as mentioned above which is more of an equity stream. With wsu you can check the marks required here:
But this may change next year. With UTS idk, no one can tell you really. Just apply

okay i might get shit for this but just the fact that you attend a top ten selective school might be enough for you to get accepted for an early entry to wsu and uts tbh. As far as I know, I don't know a single person in my school who got rejected from uts and most people have been offered a place (although not sure if they got their first preference). so honestly dont worry about it LOL
