That would depend on the early entry scheme through which you are applying. It is important to note that, unlike UTS and WSU, USyd does not have early entry schemes, except the Early Offer Year 12 (E12) Scheme (which I will link below), but that does not consider your Preliminary marks. There also appears to be some sort of ambiguity regarding your study intentions beyond year 12. You mentioned that you want to pursue a major in communications in addition to a minor in business/commerce. However, you have not stated the name of the actual degree that you intend to study. Academic requirements in terms of your Preliminary results may differ depending on the degree that you are applying for, which is why it would beneficial to provide this information (if possible).Original Poster:
Hello, I go to a top ten selective school and I was wondering whether or not my Preliminary marks would guarantee early entry for UTS, USYD, WSU.
English Advanced - 85%
English Extension 1 - 85%
Business Studies - 78%
Society and Culture - 82%
Modern History - 70%
Maths Advanced - 67%
Biology - 52%
The degree I want to pursue is a Major in Communications and a Minor in Business/Commerce, although my decision is not set in stone.
Here is a link to USyd's Early Offer Year 12 (E12) Scheme for more information about this particular early entry scheme:
