i got a notification from MQ saying that i had 4 eas points for MQ. does this mean i also have 4 eas points for other unis or is the number different b/w unis?

It can be used for any Uni. Although i got a UAI of 95.25 , my bonous points inc EAS gave me a UAI ( with bonous points) above 100+ Contacting the University will be the best way to go.

No it cannot be used for any uni - each individual institution decides the amount of points they give you, if at all.

Secondly your uai didn't change, your selection rank did.

I think both of you need to read the EAS booklet like everyone else.
