Ease of transfering after first year, if the uai cutoff is below your uai? (1 Viewer)

I wish to get into a 91.1 cutoff course in the late/final rounds, and i have a 92.75 uai.
However, if i dont get in (hopefully i will), I will stay with bachelor of arts and sci.

So, if i were to apply for a xfer to bach eco and soc scie in the second year, what kind of requirements would I have to fulfill?
Is a transfer also possible 1/2 way through the first year
