Um . . I just decided to add one more poem in my essay for Yeats ~ and I chose Easter 1916 , but since i only decided to add it in the last minute , i hva very little notes on it unlike my other ones .

Could you please tell me what (poetic) techniques he uses in Easter 1916 ? could you also um quote the part he uses in ?

anything information would be great ^^ thanks alot ~

lucky you didn't burden yourself with unnecessary information on easter 1916 for the hsc

it wouldn't have fit with the 'youth' or 'age' specification!

although basically most of the poetic techniques he uses for this poem are similar to others .. just find it and demonstrate your own interpretation (maybe supported by prominent critics)

One of my favourites is the paradoxical refrain - "A terrible beauty is born"
