How do I sketch y=logx/x

When I get to the y' step, I let

U = logx

Du=1/x dx

Y'=udu

This is somehow wrong :/

Do you mean $y=log_{e}{\frac{x}{x}}$ or $y=\frac{log_{e}{x}}{x}$ ?

Let $u=lnx$ and $v=x$
$u'=\frac{1}{x}$ and $v'=1$

$\frac{dy}{dx}=\frac{\frac{1}{x}(x)-(1)lnx}{x^2}$
$\frac{dy}{dx}=\frac{1-lnx}{x^2}$
