theres a lot to talk about
u should firstly talk about the economic issues as a whole, and then delve into the stuff about unemployment. U should already be aware that the 4 key issues of ext. stability, inflattion, unemployment and eco growth are interrelated, and so u could talk about how they affect each other. But since the question focuses on policy options, u should be looking at what the government has done on both a micro and macroeconomic scale. For this question, the stuff in the textbook on Macro/Micro and Unemployment should be sufficient.
