Does anynoe know a good website where i can get info on GDP growth for globalising countries, non globalisation countries and different regions over the last 30 years? because i can't find anything. i can find a fair bit on trade but nothing on GDP growth, and standards of living.

The following map gives a very good visual comparision of the differences in growth experienced by different countries and regions. In countries that are already industrialised (i.e North America, much of Europe, Australia etc) growth is stagnating or growing slowly.
In much of Asia where globalisation's effects are being felt the most, you have astronomical rises each year in gdp. However in Africa and much of the former soviet states, growth is actually either 0, or its going backwards.

i was also wondering if anyone knew where to get a graph for average HDI growth over the last 30 years for different regions. e.g. south east asia, africa, europe.
