im currently in y10 and i want a head start towards y11 economics, what are the main topics i should start getting into so when i start y11 ill have a based understanding.
y11 content is easy but may be hard to apply especially when it's something new. don't burn yourself out too early - i'd recommend studying for it purely for your own interest. start by watching this video which lays a very basic (but fun) foundation: How The Economic Machine Works by Ray Dalio (youtube.com)
also recommend watching his other video on the changing world order which can help with some y12topics!
though i doubt you need much prep, much of it comes naturally and is intuition - keep a look out for the news and practice applying new terms/definitions/concepts to them. scan the syllabus and just search up words you may not be familiar with
