Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with something. I am trying to choose an elective SOC180 but can't seem to be able to do it over estudent, how can I go about enrolling in this subject. So far I have enrolled in mkgt202 so in the system.

Thanks in advance Kutay

What's wrong with it?

It should look something like this. At the very least, you should have the bar with something like ELECTIVES in it.

Move from top to bottom with the red arrows.

(next page after click)

Then you select your mode of attendance, and you're in.

I don't think SES is open on weekends?

Although I need to enrol in my subjects too :D Thanks for reminding me!

I hope the paperwork went through (handed HECS form in on friday), then a little clicking on estudent, and voila...

enroll in everything you can. (not sure if your issue is in enrolling in more than one subject, or just soc180 itself? Are you getting an error message?)

Occasionally the system acts up funny, either just for you or for a particular subject that is very full. If this is the case your first point of call should be the web staff, there's a link to their contact details in the estudent login page.

you need to email estudent support and ask them to add an elective to your program of study. but since today is the last day to enrol (you said, i don't know) you may have to enrol in it later. they might take about 2 business days to do it.

remember that you can enrol in units up to 1 week after uni starts, so maybe they just don't let people enrol from tomorrow to the end of february and then reopen it? i don't know, but what i'm saying is that you can still enrol later, but first you have to ask for the space to be added.

they make it hard for you to find the link:
'my enrolment' / 'contact estudent support' / 'enrolment' / scroll to the bottom and then click 'contact estudent support'
