Hey all !
Does anyone have any information on what the Elizabeth Barrett Browning's (EBB) sonnets were about and how was the structure and ideology of people during the Victorian era - 1840's (I think). Was love different back then compared to the modern/present day love?
If you have any information on EBB, please share.

Thanks heaps !

If you look at EBB's idea of love and that of which is portrayed in The Great Gatsby, you'll get a good idea at how it contrasts to contemporary love.
