If im gonna send someone a cover letter via email, should I still include my/their contact details at the top, or should I just start the letter from the salutation line?

hmmm.... i think still leave it there, because if they print it off it'll just be heaped with other cover letters and it shows you know what's supposed to be there

ah, well if it's in a shopping centre just look it up
if it's anywhere else look it up
ring and ask a recptionist, say you want to send something there?
