Our team
The founder of Emerging Mandarin is Martin Liu, who holds MA degree and has more than 5 years Mandarin teaching experiences in Shanghai. And now he is responsible for training the tutors and ensuring the teaching qualities
Amy Wang is a very experienced Mandarin teacher in our school. She graduated from one of the most famous teacher’s university in China and majored in both education and English. She has taught Mandarin for many years and now only gives courses to our advanced members.
Martin H comes from Denmark and has studied Chinese in our school for 8 months. He worked in our school after finishing the intermediate courses and took charge of the marketing and business development in overseas market.
All other teachers are native speakers, who graduate from the famous universities in Shanghai and hold the language degree. Most of them have received the professional training and worked in our school for many years.

Emerging Mandarin provides Mandarin lessons in five levels: survival level, elementary level, intermediate level, higher intermediate level and advanced level. All levels are suitable for both adults and kids.
We also provide lessons for special purposes, which include Olympic Chinese, traveling Chinese, business Chinese and restaurant Chinese.
All the teaching plans and materials will be customized according to your own situation and all the courses will be given by your only tutor through long distance telecommunication technologies.

The price after 30% discount is 20 USD per hour. (This discount is only valid from Aug 1st 2008 to Sept 1st 2008, since we are expanding the overseas market now). More discounts for packages
