well, its based around this record store, and WATCH IT!

Basically, its just a series of really funny events, worker steals the takings and gambles it away, some guy tries to steal cds and gets caught, big time singer comes in and seduces one of the lady workers, they have a big party at the end...

that actually doesnt sound too enticing, but its good.

it starts at 11:30pm or something eh?? i just finished watching that movie on sbs About this docter dude drugged all his young female parents then have sex with them and this one Nurse in training kinda find out about it. But then she too was drugged and rapped. Weird ass movie that was.

i started watching Empire Records, this dude had 9 grand went to a casino, the first time he won, then he pissed it all away in the second go.

Has it ever occur to you that whenever a movie involves gambling the person always loses? It kinda teaches us that you can never win when you gamble in casinos.

I watched this last night too, yay! loooooove this movie, because its so strange and crazy, and funny and sad, its life basically. i love movies that are a 'day-in-the-life' kinda thing - wonderboys, identity, the philadelphia story, etc. i dont know why, but they are always my favourites. i like empire records especially because the characters are so different and crazy at first, but then you realise they are all the same, and they are all messed up. as weird as it is, its very realistic.

I love this movie! I love all the randomness in it, Liv Tyler is just stunning and that guy who's in love with her - "you're like vanilla icecream" - that wasreally cute. And there's Renee Zellweger in it too! Love this movie, I missed it on TV so I'm going to take it out on DVD next time.

this has to be one of my all time faves, i gots it on tape, and i watch it all the time. i love the music....cept for "oh rexy your so sexy" lol

but that bit where they go spazzo and liv tyler spills all her speed....mmm, raw. i like that bit.
