What do employers think of long hair? (Im a guy by the way)

I got an interview on Wednesday and I dont wanna rock up looking like Cousin It as I am so delightfully called, so is there any way I can make my long hair look more professional or should I just get it all cut off and get one of those gay short and spikey cuts?

I dont wanna lose all my hard earned hair - growth

yeah just tie it up slick it back into a little ponytail....and yeah like she said.....don't make it greasy.......coz you'll just look like you don't wash your hair...

yeh as long as its off your face it should be fine
maybe use some kind of straightening solution if its ultra frizzy to look more professional? i dunno lol
it shouldnt really matter though.. even in like food industries you still need to have something on your head so they cant really be discriminating against you because of having long hair
