Even after graduating from uni, would employers look at your individual HSC marks or would they base their decision to employ (or not employ) you solely on your uni results? I heard that some employers still look at your UAI, but I'm not sure about individual marks.

I guess a good uni grade and a good UAI would show consistency.

Hmm...true.
Although I wonder whether they look at subject-specific marks e.g. if you were looking to become a Historian, whether they'd employ you if you failed Modern History...

they rather look at ur History subjects at university level, History or anything at HSC level is not asked or required. UAI as a requirement is common in most graduate positions.
