Energy and calorimetry?

1.What energy tranformations occur when the calorimeter and its content are being heated?

2.What would be the effect on the calibration factor obtained from this experiment if you used 50ml water instead of 100ml water to calibrate the calorimeter?

3. Energy is neither created nor destroyed in a chemical reaction. Explain where the energy released (or absorbed) by the reaction comes from(or goes to)

Er...
1. Chemical energy into thermal energy (heat).
2. The values of the coordinates (are they the temperature values obtained?) are higher due to 'more heat for less water'.
3. Energy is released by the bonds formed and absorbed by the bonds broken. Here, it's released as heat.
