Construction is all about stuff like trucks and making sure everything goes smoothly on a construction site, there's also quite a bit of commerce shit like financing and depreciating the trucks. Structural is pretty much designing beams and concrete to make sure that the structure (buildings, dams etc.) is good so that it doesn't fall down/fail.
