Hey on enrolment the guy changed chemistry to engineering computing.

How does this limit my options, i'm doing flexible first year and I want to do either mechanical or civil at the end of the year. Does it really matter?

I think you might have to catch it up in later years. But if you're doing civil or mechanical you really won't be needing chemistry, so you might wanna ask to hae it changed back.

Civil or Mechanical normally don't do Chemistry so it isnt necessary.

Alright so computing it is I guess :)

Also, in 2nd semester I think he changed Mechanics to Physics (technological), saying they are pretty much the same thing - any comments on this?

No idea, but I heard something similar in the past, and if it is true, I have 6 extra units in my degree to play around with as I please:D

im not sure if its the same chemistry as mine but yeah i did do chem in 1st sem in 1st yr...
its kinda useful for materials in 2nd yr... kinda... for mechanical anyway
but then again... theyve changed the course since i started... -_-;;
