I am a postgraduate university student, doing my Diploma of Education. I graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English, History and American Studies.
I have had many students for grammar/punctuation and essay writing, as well as for Extension 2 English.
My passion is for English literature and film, having studied film studies and a wide range of subject areas in literature.
While I majored in Modern History, I have done several Ancient History subjects. I have also studied Latin literature extensively.
I live in Petersham, and take students for a minimum of two hour blocks. I am happy to tutor regularly, or to do a one-off intensive study session. Group sessions are an option, provided the students wish to study the same syllabus modules, or would like to work through their essay techniques.
Parents are welcome to discuss their son/daughter's progress with me at any time.
Rates per student:
One student: $35/hr
Two students: $30/hr
Groups of three/four students: $25/hr
Larger groups can be organised if necessary.
