My marks for Advanced English are around the 70's.
In the HSC if i get a mark of about 77 for english, will this bring my UAI down, and prevent me from getting 85+ uai??

If the rest of your marks are high enough then it won't bring it down too far but all your other marks would probably have to be high 80's
