English Prelim Excel worth it? (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if the English Excel is worth it? If anyone has it can they tell me whats it has etc.

it won't necessarily have the texts your school chooses to do. there might be a lot of stuff you won't need at all.

I have it, but only bought it today, so I haven't even opened it. I think it's better to be safe than sorry... like, I'd prefer to have it. If money isn't an issue, go for it.

Yeah I know about the text part but what is actually in it or is it a waste of $25?

Well, it's only $25... as I said above, unless money is an issue... you might as well get it. Go to the book shop and have a flick through it and see if it fulfils your needs.

I think the Excel ones are quite good for specific texts or modules.

The big overall books are full of ****.

Plus it's only yr11.


But for science excel is quite good and selective school students most use it as supplementary to school book.
