I've searched through all the threads, and I can't seem to find anything on this particular topic. I am currently ranked ninth in English and the people ahead of me are all tied. It goes like this:
1st 3 people on 52/55
4th 2 people on 51/55
6th 2 people on 50/55
8th 1 person on 49/55
9th me tied with someone else on 47/55
We only have 1 assessment task worth 15 % to go before the trials, which are worth 30%. If the ranks stay similar to this after the trials, how does the moderating or aliging process go. Say I went really well in HSC eg 90 and people tied above me only got 87, does my mark of 90 go to both people and then am I allocated the lowest 9th mark? Please explain, as I am confused!
Thanks
Libby
