Is it better to only enrol into semester 1 units for now, or enrol into both semesters 1 and 2 (and change semester 2 units later)?

E.g. I want to do INFO1905 in semester 2. But that requires a distinction in INFO1103 in semester 1. Should I enrol into semester 2 courses without prerequisites I don't have currently, pay the fees for the whole year and change the semester 2 units after I attain the prerequisites, or should I simply only enrol into semester 1 units for the time being and pay each semesters fees separately?

Enrol for both semesters now.

If, after Sem 1, you are ineligible for any Sem 2 units due to whatever reason from your Sem 1 results, you change them.

You are not charged (or pay) now for Sem 1 units.
