How would you's go about answering this (question 27) essay in relation to qantas or another case study.

'In employment relations, there will always be disagreement as to the right of labour to withdraw their services and engage in idustrial action.'

With reference to a business you have studied, anayse the causes and types of industrial action that may occur in the emlpoyment relationship and examine the skills of management needed to settle any conflicts.

yeh, but the linking of ER and Mgmt. is the part i was finding hard.......but its all good, thanx to the essay on that exact question in the resources section by Xayim

anywayz have a look at the resources seciton.. cuz i just uploaded heapz of notes and i saw a few case studies in there.. eg: foster's

I would just go ahead a grab an example, explain it and then bullshit the management and change part with things like interpersonal skills, negotiation skills etc. But I could only write like 3 pages which wouldn't be enough.
