I am currently having trouble in figuring how to write a arguement on a historic site. Can someone please help me give a essay plan in how to plan my essay and what to write.

My Topic is Troy and the my essay question is "Was the Trojan War a conflict which developed mainly over the beautiful Helen of Troy?"

Well seen as you asked 'how to write a arguement on a historic site' im guessing they want you to discuss the geographical aspects of troy.... so instead of the war being about Helen you could write the essay on how it was just a ploy for sparta to invade troy seen as it has such good location, resources blah, blhah, quote here!

I cant give you a whole essay plan... surely you have been studying this recently and know a lot fo what you need to write??

Just outline different arguements for and aganist using sources to back you up and give your own opinion!!
