Need help on the following question. Need enough info/graphs for a 40minute essay, and so far i've only got a definition :S

What is fiscal polcy? what are the main instruments of fiscal policy? how can fiscal policy be used to influence the allocation of resources, the distribution of income and the level of economic activity?
