We have an essay topic for our second assessment..

The clue is "Write an extended response on the economic case study on the impact of globalisation on the economic performance of your chosen economy"

What exactly does "economic performance" involve? Thanks

umm, just a few random thoughts~

it may include GDP, export/import growth, financial flows, income p.c. ppp, employment levels, inflation, exchange rate..

just from what i remember i wrote about in the case study.. heh, just basically refer back to the case study won't it be? =Z but 'economic performance' limits the response from other factors such as environmental issues, and PQLI's

Look at the 5 sector economy and how it interacts with the external sector, try to superimpose that model onto the economy you're doing.

In addition to those points, I think it is important to also mention the chosen economy's economic growth, trade flows and agreements with other countries and how they have affected economic performance.
