My School rank is crap..

School rank can be found here http://images.smh.com.au/file/2010/12/15/2097102/HSC Performance 2010.pdf. If it is ranked 111 thats pretty good considering that there are ~650 schools in the state.

ATAR estimates can be extremely unreliable, as they are often inaccurate. This is due to a variety of factors, but particularly because there is no definitive way of converting ranks into an ATAR. They can only give you a general insight into what you might get.
