We are on the lookout for Event Managers and PR people with great personality and social skills to work for one of Sydney's most exclusive nightspot venues!
This position requires someone who can think laterally, has great communication and organisational skills, and can work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Ideally the candidate has at least 12 months experience in PR or Events Management, a strong background in dealing with people across a variety of different backgrounds, a positive "Can-do" approach and lots of personality!
We need someone who is switched on, can make friends with just about anybody and someone who can think outside the box in terms of marketing strategies and strategy execution. The role is varied, and you will be required to make sure weekly events are planned and executed smoothly and consistently, and to ensure positive numbers at the venue through your promotional capabilites. You will be required to monitor promotional and marketing activites, and to provide the venue with a report upon completion of weekly events, outlining areas of focus and areas of need.
The successful candidate is a very social and outgoing person, and you will be required to recruit and manage a small team to help you ensure the job gets done. You must be a strong team player, but also have the ability to work unsupervised and stick to deadlines.
You will be compensated for your hard work and social skills with an hourly rate, plus bonuses and other benefits.
You will need to be available for at least 3 days a week work, and you will need to be available at the nightclub on saturday nights.
Very strong english is essential for this position. Previous experience in a similiar role/ environment will be highly regarded.
