for PASS leader, you can apply from the 2nd year of your studies, they have certain criteria to meet, i.e. the marks for each subject you want to teach.normally, distinction and above, then they interview you just like you apply for any other jobs

for me, i became a tutor after I've done my bachelor because I have PASS leader experience.
