im thinking od doing ext 2 maths next year.... but i dont know whether to do 10 or 12 units...

3 unit maths
modern histroy
englsih
and 1 unit SLR which i have to drop

im doing fairly well in all of the above except maybe english..

is it better to do 10 or 12?

Agreed with SoulSearcher, its best to at least start HSC year with 12 units and if it is becoming a challenge then drop back to 10 units. Your might also think about making English a piority next year since it is the only complusary subject and has to count towards your UAI....just a thought.

Note that you should be fairly comfortable in your 3 unit if you want to do 4 unit all the way till the end. Many of the extension 2 topics are really just harder 3 unit.

OMFG you are doing all my subjects except modern history, I do IPT instead and runs on the same line as modern history

im doin 11 kthnx, ill drop SLR and keep 3U maths

Keep all 12 so that you could have a choice of dropping when you see appropriate. I'm taking all 14 into year 12, but who knows if I might drop four units along the way <.< :p
